excellent teas amazing breakfast good gym
The gym was really good. It had basic equipment, but met all my needs. breakfast had amazing choices. the thai ice teas every morning were a must-try, they were excellent.
the toilet roll was very thin, it was like the kind you find in a public restroom.

the hotel staff were very helpful and attentive to my needs! the ground floor room provided immediate access to surin beach and nearby restaurants. it was very convenient.
the breakfast buffet, while varied, could have been better considering the hotel's category.

fantastic stay and service

immediate reception spacious room vast range fresh towels
my stay included immediate reception upon arrival and i was shown key areas like dining and pools the room assigned was spacious and well lit it included a super clean en suite shower room with hairdryer shaving point soap shampoo and body wash the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice with food areas meticulously cleaned the team there worked hard to help.

the breakfast team greeted guests warmly and took special care to accommodate dietary needs the staff consistently displayed kindness and were ready to assist with smiles a positive and helpful attitude was noticeable throughout my stay there.

nalu bar and grill provided delicious food particularly the salmon poke bowl offerings at breakfast were excellent and healthy special requests such as preparing porridge for a child were accommodated the food service was very satisfactory .

the hotel provides complementary towels for the pool area or boat trips there are two small pools one for relaxation and another more active the gym was accessible at all times even late with staff assisting with operation the facilities catered well to my needs.
